of Light" This Alchemy In Me  I'll take this food I'm having, Take it deep into my core. Then, I'll saturate its goodness With my gratitude and more * Next I'll take this simple blessing That I have received and then I will turn it into something That will bless me yet again * When I take the strength I'm gaining, Yes, I take this weight in me, And I turn its lead I carry Into gold, a mystery... * But somehow it's all pure magic As I'm learning how to take Every blessing I am given And turn it into something great! * For you see, with every morsel I am munching, I can choose To then take what I receive From it, and with it, win or lose * A chance to bless this humble offering In this temple where I live By transforming it to something That will be a way to give * For if I take the strength I'm given And go do a deed that's not Quite up to par with who I am, Or this calling that I've got * To find ways to be a blessing, To know grace in every step, Then I'd miss the joy I could have
known If
I'd only given, yet * The blessings that I'm given When I trust my heart and try To turn lead into the purest gold, The best in me, then I * Know that I'll have gone and done
it, Made
some magic here in me When
with every earthly blessing I've
