Sunny dreams, funny dreams

Downright sweet as honey dreams

They're the ones that bring you smiles

That go clear down to your soul!

Sunny thoughts, funny thoughts

As fun as newfound money thoughts!

The ones that give you sparkles--

Heart deep smiles like buried gold!

It's Important We Remember

I'm so special

I don't think I could have

Ever dreamed me up,

And if I were

Any more so, I would

Have to beam me up!!

Now please don't

Mis-constrew-dle

What I'm trying here to say.

I'm not saying

I'm more special;

Just--in a different way!

It's so important

That we see just

What a treasure trove we are...

Of the glory

And the goodness--

In God's image, each a star!

Though we often

Focus quite a bit

On ways we need to grow,

It's important

We remember

All we really need to know:

It's the LOVE we are;

It's calling us

To trust its trusty wings

To take us up to

Mountain tops where

We'll see such heavenly things,

And enjoy the freedoms

Found in fullness

Of the Spirit's deep carress

As we're led

To deepest knowing

Of how to LOVE and heal and bless!

Unless your more is best.

Then your best, best be more,

I am My Guardian Angel

I am my guardian angel;
I am my inner child.
Some days my inner parent,
But what really drives me wild

Are days when I am acting out
A blend--what could it mean?
But that I'm behaving perfectly
As my own inner teen!

But I am my guardian angel.
I am my bestest friend.
The one who's looking out for me
Unless I'm looking in

To places here inside me
Where the light's not on quite yet
Though I like to think enlightenedly
Some days I do forget

That I'm my guardian angel.
The best of buds I've got.
But when I'm not paying attention
Or when the best of me I'm not

Then who'll be looking out for me
To keep my self in check?
Maybe my alter ego then
Could keep me up to spec!

But I'm my guardian angel.
It seems I'm stuck with me
Til I find higher hired help
I guess I'm all I'll be

So I'll make sure to shine a light
From this my halo's glow
At least on days these horns aren't seen
And my pointed tail doesn't show!

I am good, and getting better!
In fact, I'm called to be the best!
Even now, I know that I am
Far surpassing all the rest!

When it comes to doing one thing--
It's quite clear for all to see
That I'm really getting good
At doing this--just being me!
